Where is my order/delivery?

Packages are shipped exclusively via GLS. As soon as we’ve arranged for your order to be shipped, you’ll automatically receive an email with the tracking number. You can track your shipment using the following link:

As soon as the order has been handed over to GLS, the order status will change to “delivered.”
