What payment options are available?

We offer the following payment options:

Invoice

Registered business customers with a billing address in Germany can purchase on account starting with their first order (14 days net). The same applies to public institutions and government agencies.

You will automatically receive the invoice via email after the goods have been shipped.

PayPal

For this payment option, you’ll need a PayPal account. After completing your order, you’ll be redirected to the PayPal website, where you’ll need to log in with your credentials and finalize the purchase. You’ll receive the invoice by email after the goods have been shipped. Of course, you won’t need to pay this invoice.

Prepayment

If you choose prepayment as your payment method, you will transfer the total amount of your order. Once we receive your payment, your order will be processed and shipped. Please transfer the amount to the account specified in your order confirmation. Be sure to include the order number so we can match the payment to your order.

Credit Card

To pay by credit card, please enter the required information: the name on the credit card and the credit card number. The expiration date is located on the front of your card and is listed as month/year. The three-digit security code (CVV) is located on the back of your credit card.

Paying by credit card generally offers additional security, as you involve your issuing bank in the purchase.
