Can I place an order as a guest?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to place an order as a guest. A customer account is required to place an order in the online store. Business customers need a valid VAT ID number to register. If you’d like to place an order on behalf of a government agency and therefore do not have a VAT ID number, please contact our Customer Service in advance at orders.mannheim.de@berlinpackaging.com.

Unfortunately, individual customers cannot place orders through the online store.
