Can I return items I’ve ordered?

Since our online store is intended for business customers, business owners (§ 14 BGB) do not have a statutory right of withdrawal or return. Therefore, returns of non-defective goods are only possible after prior consultation and with our express consent. Please contact our customer service before returning any items. We review each request on a case-by-case basis. Regardless of this, your statutory rights in the event of defects or shipping damage naturally remain in effect. Please inspect the goods upon receipt and report any visible damage or defects to our customer service as soon as possible.
